Daredevils for teenagers

Too may high school students suffer from too much stress.  This method provides recognition, explanation and healing exercises. DAREDEVILS for teenagers focusses on high school students from 12 untill 18 years (students in their final year of college) but is also written for their parents, teachers and counsillors because they can play an important role in the recovery.

Relaxation is a very good way to help change your thoughts. If your body relaxes, you are better able to look inside. You become aware of your faulty thoughts, and this allows you to let in new thoughts. When you are consciously repeating these new thoughts, you will change the connections in your brain. That’s why it will make you stronger and reduce your stress levels.

We call the thoughts you convert to images during relaxation visualisations: you make your thoughts visible (visual) to yourself. Visualisations are a powerful tool to change and strengthen yourself! Every chapter has its own visualisation. The link for downloading the visualisations can be found in the book. Listen to one of the first visualisations called ‘Change’.
