The vicious circle 

During the Renaissance a snake eating its own tail was the symbol of the vicious circle. It is typical for someone to start feeling smaller because of an increasing  problem which is caused by insecurity. As a result frustration, loss of motivation and bad results can follow… 

The goal of my approach and method is to step out of this circle! Like the emoticon on the cover of the book indicates:-)) This why why I have chosen to use this symbol often, as a quick visual signal when the follow method can be used.

It is a vicious circle that starts when true fear leads to fear of repetition, which in turn becomes real. In the vicious circle of test fear, it is the overdose of adrenaline that leads to a mental block. It looks like this when you make it visible:

This is an example of what the vicious circle of a mental block looks like. And during a second mental block, that negative thought will become stronger, namely ‘see? like I said, I can’t do it’. This is how you – subconsciously – sustain the circle.

Another one:

Expectations feel like you ‘have-to … because otherwise…’ and its pressure is counterproductive. You remain in the vicious circle where too much adrenaline leads often to a mental block and stress. Stepping out of the vicious circle means you have to become aware of your unconscious negative thoughts that lead to (an overdose of) adrenaline and change them in a conscious way.

Changing your patterns of thoughts have a direct influence on the connections in our brain which links to the science of neuroplasticity. And that is exactly what this method is about. Of course the (E)books provide all the extra information you need for real recovery.
